Thumbdrive kingstone

Hello,
Hi good morning.

my problem is when i slot in the kingstone thumb drive,light is on yet not running and appearing as usual..can i get back all data in the thumb drive.

Dear Sir,

Your post is not so clear, so consider getting to the Device Manager and have its driver updated for the problem is coming from the USB port probably.
