My computer is destoryed by virus .

Hello,

I think a trojan hacked my usb drive after using in public.However, i didn't notice and plugged it into my pc.

Now, my computer is freezed. I can't open "My computer" , "C-Drive"....
since I am using Avira AntiVir, warnings poped out said " xxxx.vbs" virus..

Virus or unwanted program 'VBS/Autorun.19995 [virus]'
detected in file 'E:\2074890055.vbs.
Action performed: Delete file

sadly, it doesn't work
how can i delete the virus and fix it out?

Please Help... I am frustrated

Hello,

Here is your solution to remove the virus (which is not a trojan horse)

1. Download USB Fix to your desktop (choose server 2 for English)

http://pagesperso-orange.fr/nostools/usbfix.html

2. Connect all of your removal drives including Pendrive

3. Double clisk on the icon

4. Choose option 2

5. Your PC will reboot

6. Leave the tool run

7. After clean-up a report will be located : C:\UsbFix.txt

I can open my directory " MY COMPUTER"....."C- Drive".... and so on...
