Backing up files from your hard drive

Hello,
I need to send Hp my laptop for them to look at it. They told me that If im going to send it in im going to need to back up my files from my hard drive. Is it possible to back up Microsoft office? I just bought it and installed it on my computer I dont want to have to pay money again to reinstall it. What should I do?

If you have the original CD's for Microsoft Office you can reinstall it. You can't "back it up"

Doesnt the Cd only have three times to be installed or is that in different computers
?

yes - but this is the same computer - it should be OK
