Orange light flashing-3rd symbol NOT battery

Hello,

orange light under battery light is flashing on Inspiron 1720. Not the battery light - the 3rd symbol to the right of keyboard.

Dear Sir,

Normally this indicates low battery and hence you will have to get it charged for having it working properly.
