download the audio drivers for windows 7 and install it
just click on this link

just enter your product number and click on next ---> then you can search for the drivers
Note : check your device manager for missing drivers and install the corresponding drivers also

you need to download the Win 7 sound drivers. Check the manufacturers web site for the drivers.
