Hello,
Don't worry...
Download, install and run Malwarebyte which you can find on this site:
https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/ es-anti-malware
Ensure you make an update.
Please request a FULL system scan, which may take from 20 minutes to hours. Do not interfere no matter how long in takes. The creators of Malwarebyte recommend that while the tool is running that you go do something else, such as watching a rerun of Gone with the Wind or read Tolstoy's War and Peace.
If Malwarebyte restarts your system, launch it again to finish the Full scan.
When the scan is completed, delete all items found.
Once your computer is clean and working normally just to be on the safe side
*Turn off system restore and wait 30 seconds,
*Turn it back on and create a new restore point.
This way it gets rid of anything bad that might have gotten saved in a restore point and you have a clean restore point to use in the near future if needed.
Do not turn it off until your computer is clean and working normally because you might need to use it if something goes wrong during the clean-up process.
It is better to go back to an infected restore point if something goes wrong then to not be able to undo changes that were damaging.

The error code 225 means: Data connection open; no transfer in progress
Please what is the file you were trying to download and what antivirus application are you using?

Dear Septusten,
I am impressed with Bullguard and I will remember the name.
Before you replied, I made further research in my files.
The file you attempted to download is malicious and would have caused your system to crash, and a Windows reinstallation would have been necessary.
After reading you, my research is confirmed, especially if it had Visual C++.
Perhaps that if you would tell us what site you have attempted to download from, we could warn users of the potential danger.
Have I answered all of your questions to your satisfaction?

ok site is:http://www.multiupload.com/0GMGG2UVAX (only hack now can't find the visual C++ file) but i'm definately sure this file doesn't have anything bad because i had it at windows xp and it worked like a charm only thing was that norton detected it as a virus but that's because it's an hack. (and plz don't think I'm a hacker ^^ i want to study it so I can create a good anti cheat program)

Depending on the nature of the file and it's components, it may in effect be detected as malicious. If you really really want it and that you trust it, just disable all of your antiviruses applications and you will probably be able to download it. However, when your antivirus is reactivated, it may detect it again, in which case you will have to ask to ignore. I find you brave!
Good luck
