I have a mini hp laptop and at one point when i started up my laptop, it went to a screen. SO I had to install a CD that came with my laptop erased everything on my laptop. When ever i try to play sounds this message pops up "Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There not be a sound device installed on your computer, it may be in use by another program, or it may not be functioning properly." Even if i use other speakers or earphones it wont work. If you could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
