Window media player wont let me download mp3

Hello,

i cant download any mp3 files to my mp3 D: it wont let me create playlists it doesnt show my mp3 on the sync tab and it wont let me convert the mp3 file to my mp3 player!

Dear Seri Chan,

Simply open the Mp3 player as a USB mass storage and copy and paste the music files to get free of the trouble.
