Not opening hidden files

Hello,

I am chaklradhar. i have problem with my sysytem. i have a one folder in D drive and when i open D drive it is not showing that folder and i checked in the Tools-->View-->show hidden-->ok . but still it is not showing that file .When i open run-->cmd-->ok d:/dir it shows that files...so please tell the solution.............
