On your taskbar at the bottom of your screen, there should be an icon in the lower right corner that is labeled, "connect to wireless network." Click it and select your network. If you have your network open to everyone, bad idea if you do, then just connect. If it isn't open, you should have the log in key/password for your network. Enter it and you should be connected.
