Usually if you try Lavasoft is can help. <lavesoft.se>The free versions usually work OK. You don't have to buy any thing. But usually if you hit Control, Alt, Del keys and go into task manager. You can find "Save.now and Now.Net.
They are 2 of the most used spyware programs. If they are not there then look for other programs that should not be there. Remove them and see what happens.

First do this :
Download random's system information tool (RSIT) by random/random from http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe and save it to your desktop.
Double click on RSIT.exe to launch program.
Click Continue at the disclaimer screen.
Your firewall may alert you that RSIT is requesting Internet access. Please allow it.
Once it has finished, two logs will open: log.txt<-- this will be maximized and info.txt<-- this will be minimized.
Post log.txt in your answer.
Both logs are in the folder C:\rsit

antispyware xp 2009 is a duplicate of Antivirus 2009. that is an unwanted program, from the authors of Antivirus 2008 . These applications have resembling interface and "features". But in real Antivirus 2009 is not a spyware cleaner, it's just an imitation of spyware remover. Antivirus 2009 can also slow your computer and cause system errors and crashes.
