Dell pc pentium 4

Hello, my son's computer just crashed was then faced with the dreaded ' BLUE SCREEN'. Has not been able to access his pc since it happened. The PC came from Dell with Windows Media Centre preloaded so no discs came with the unit apart from the Drivers/Utililies disc.

Has anybody any ideas on how overcome this problem I would appreciate any help.

my pc display driver was not found

format the computer with a windows cd and everything it's ok .
