Hello,

my maxtor hard drive can not open the file,when i tried to open it says acesses denied j path

Dear Sir,

Firstly consider checking whether there is no trojan causing this trouble. Otherwise, there might be an application that has been installed which is causing the trouble. Please consider deactivating the application.
