Hi,
Download the audio drivers from your manufacture website. Just click on this link
https://www.sony.com/electronics/support
In Option 1
Select your country and enter the model number (EX : VPCEB11FD) then click
on "Continue" then
"The model you have entered is only available in the following regions:"
will appear, just click on the specified country and select your OS. Download
audio drivers and install it.
Download the audio drivers from your manufacture website. Just click on this link
