You can try this free application "ExtensionRenamer". Just click on this link to
download it

Note : You need .Net Framework to run this application. If its not installed in your
PC, then click on this link to download it.

1) Install .Net Framework, if its not installed in your PC.
2) Install that application "ExtensionRenamer" and open it
3) Now click on "Select Directory" button, browse to your Songs main folder.
4) Select the option "Include Subdirectories".
5)In "To" text box ------> enter mp3
6)Now click on GO.

Nice application Jack. I think it would rename jpg to mp3 very fast. But I have something to say.
Mr Rakesh, if you did nothing to change these files extension, please think about a malware infection. I know about some similar malware that could very dangerous.
