Hi,
If the file-system for the 292 GB partition is showing you unknow, it means the
file system is not supported by the Windows. If you are about that partition that
it doesn't contain any data, then format the partion from "Disk Management".
Click click on Start--->Run---> type diskmgmt.msc and click on OK.
Then right click on that partition --> format it.
After format --> right click on that partition and you can find the option for
creating a new partition. Just select it and follow the instructions.
