Sound issues

Hello,

The sounds on my HP laptop is not working. Sound will play but I will not hear it. I have checked the volume controls, installed sounds updates etc. not sure what else to do. Headphones will not work either. Thanks for your help

Please consider checking whether the sound driver has already been installed.
