I am unable to download attachment in ym n gm

Hello,




i have win 7 n IE8 n when i am uploading an attachment that has been sent by a company n i have to reply asap n when i click download it pops me up with an error..

unable to download
unable to open this internet site.The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found.
please try again later.

ok.

help me out....
