Blank Screen. Closed

Question

I have a Toshiba laptop.
It froze, so I restarted it. Every time I turned it on I press repair and everything everyone is telling me to..So it loads like it normally does but then goes to a black screen and all I can see is the mouse. PLEASE HELP ME!
