Hello,
i have a dell laptop and i cant get it to read discs. but when it does read them after a very long period of time it says the disc is blank i really want to get it to work as i love my laptop and need it to work. can anyone please tll me how to fix this problem asap. i really need it to work please please i will be very great full.
