Help me get my password from my cell phone

Hello,


on my cell phone i put remember my password and then log out how do i get my cell to remember my password and give me back my password i am not locked out of my account cant remember my password new account information i changed cuz my ex kept hacking my account so i just then made up information please help me

my cell phone is a rogers pay as you go LG PHONE
