Hello,

i am using dell laptop win7.i get an error at start up and it will be slow.i get an error upgrade.net application cannot function without it fiailed to open program

Hi there,

Open run,type msconfig.msc ,press ok,go to startup tab and disable upgrade.net,press on ally and restart computer,
