Internet won't work....

Hello,
My name is Kabi,

Okay! My problem is that i am unable to connect to the internet. It sometimes connects and sometimes not. We used a modem and then attached a switch to it. Net works fine in my Dad's computer but will not connect in my laptop. It sometime connect with no packets in received. So when my Dad connect the net then only i can access the net,through Net-Gate way.


Someone please help me! :)

Dear Sir,

There might be a problem with its cable, please consider using another cable to see whether the problem persists.
