Hello, my walkman NWZ-S615F is not working when i try to add music to it using media player 9 I have tried to put music on it and it didnt copy

SOS SOS SOS SOS SOS "v"


Needing help Holla!!! Ps the walkman is under 3 yrs this is a mayjor problem
any reason why it han't proceed to comply with the commands

Normally do you use media player for files transfers or a specific application for it?please provide related information,
