I have a Dell computer and speakers. Until recently I haven't been having problems. We lost power a few weeks ago and ever since then my speakers have not been working on my daughters login on the computer. This has been causing problems with our itunes and ipods. I find it weird that it only doesn't work on her login. There is no virus or threats because I've already checked, believe it or not, 7 times. Dell will not assist me because our warranty is up and AT&T said in exact words, "It is not our problem." HELP!
