Hello, as part of resuming my mailbox after acquiring a new Dell laptop, I find my mailbox
flashes the image of my new mail and then scrolls down to earlier mail and will not go forward.

months later I am having the same problem. the answer to my original question was so ridiculous it hardly bears acknowledging and this whole process is incomprehensible.
