I have downloaded itunes software but still

Hello,

I am not able to copy data from PC to my ipod touch , kindly plese help me in solving this issue.
I have downloaded itunes software but still unable to copy, the error mesage its showing is as below :

" ipod synch is complete Ok to disconnect " ,
Before I was able to copy songs but now its not working.
Please let me know if you konw the reason for this behavior ?
