Recover my unfinished downloaded file Closed

Question

Hello, 

i was downloading an 856MB of file for about four hours. it was already 85% completed but suddenly the computer shut down.
can i still recover the unfinished file? if so,where could i find it?please do help me guys.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello, I just had the same problem. my download was at 85% but then the computer shut down so I had to restart my download. :( It took the whole night to download!

If there is an unexpected shut down, you will definitely have to start the download again.
