Cant uninstall, voice problems, sims 3

Hello,
it wont let me install the sims 2 double deluxe because it says that i have another sims 2 game installed but i already uninstalled it? i even did the regedit thing and it still wont let me!

even if i get it working it says that there is a problem with the'Voice1' and so on.

it worked before i got the sims 3, but then when i uninstalled sims 3 and put sims 2 back on, it didnt work! help!
