Laptop shuts down then restarts by itself Closed

Hello, 

My laptop is a fujitsu lifebook T series- when i shut it down it automatically restarts. 
It started doing this a few days ago... is it some sort of a virus?
HELP!!!

Please confirm from where the problem is actually coming by checking its power supply unit, RAM slot, motherboard and graphic card.
