PC wond recognize my old HDD

Hello,

I attached an old HDD from my old computer to my new Win 7 notebook, but the notebook does not recognize the old HDD. I checked with Device Manager, and it looks like it can see the HDD, but when I click on "My Computer" , the HDD does not show. Can anyone help me to get my new pc to recognized the old HDD?

To use the hdd as a secondary drive you need to change the jumper on the hdd from master to slave
