Restart your computer press F8 while you turn it on press it repidiatly. Press system restore restore back to the date it worked! for Inspiron that willnot boot up
My computer did this. I had been messing about with the Memory cards - I had not reseated one of them properly so the power came on but failed to boot. I removed both memory cards then reseated them properly and it works fine. This is a common problem so check your hardware esp the hard drive.
