Try this 1,
Click on the below link and download the file
http://www.funkytoad.com/download/HostsXpert.zip
Extract it ---> then double click on "HostsXpert" ---> then click on first button
which is "Make Writable?" button ---> then click on "Restore MsHosts File" button
-->click on OK and close the "HostsXpert" application.
Note : If first button is "Make ReadOnly?" instead of "Make Writable?" button,
then directly click on "Restore MsHosts File" button.
