Hello,

my nokia 3110c set has a big problem & thats my key pad is totally dead,ringtone,theme all protected file were deleted automatically.i also think to software update but keypad is totally dead (only except switch).can anyone help me please??? What should I?

Dear Safi,

There might be a problem on its circuit and you will be compelled to get to a Repair Shop to get it fixed.
