Same prob, boot up, all lights on but nothing on screen.
Changed RAM (both sticks) nothing
Cleaned with eraser, nothing
Changed HDD, nothing
Put in new gfx card (PCI-E) nothing (was in intergrated slot)
replaced CPU, nothing
took out both RAM's and turned on, it beeps
Tried new PSU, nothing
took out modem pci card, nothing
Replaced battery, nothing
Reset CMOS, nothing
When I say nothing.....I mean no change. Everything still startsup (hdd, fan, dvd, gfxcard fan)
What next? I suspected it was the mobo but it does beep with no ram in it (no beeps otherwise).
