Module of recordset connection

Hello,
my excelenec to u
the problem is i write module using vb6 and sqlserver2000 .when i enter a value to test box to display data on listbox if it likes it it refuese connection
i.e list list1,"vewstudent","studentname","studentno" "STUDENTNAKE LIKE "AHMED''

Please consider checking whether the string of the textboxes have been well set.
