External HD Seagate be readable fr. Mac to PC

Hello,

I need your help ....I know there is a driver that can let my Seagate External Hardisk be readable from MAC to PC when plug to the USB. Can you help me what software to install to my PC - I'm using Windows XP service pack 3...thanks to all
