I can't download music from Itunes to Ipod

Hello,
Some of the songs on my itunes are marked with an ! symbol in the second column to the left of the song name. These won't download to my Ipod. What's up with that? Help!!

Hi there,

This happens when you moved music from a location to another and when sync itunes does not find it on the folder it was moved,

But I'm not using sync, doing it manually. And I just downloaded from Emusic to Itunes, no moving around. Usually I have no problem with Emusic downloaded to Itunes, have dozens of albums. Just have this problem on a few.
