hi,
Do u have a wireless internet connection? or is it hardwired using an ethernet cable?
If u have another computer, check if you can get online with the other. This will help isolate the issue.
You may try powercycling/resetting the modem and the router (if you have a router), then reboot your computer.

If it is upon only one webpage, it might be that it has been blocked and hence consider using an online proxy. Otherwise consider checking your configuration settings.

Hello,
try this 1,
Right click on the internet explorer---->click on properties---> click on
"Connections" tab-->click on LAN settings button. In that window uncheck all the
options, if you notice any option selected.
