Hello,
whenever I press the Power button on my computer, it starts up with a black screen telling how it came across and error due to new hardware or such. It asks the simple things such as "Run in safe-mode, Run with Command Prompt, ... Start Windows....something like restore last session that worked. Whatever I click on just makes the screen go to a start screen like XP is loading, then a screen that says it's powering down, screen with Gateway on it, then back to the black screen. I have absolutely no idea what to do to fix this.
