BLUE SCREEN and then reboot.

Hello,

I have a Motion Computing tablet. Recently when I turn on my tablet, it will open and ask how I want to start my computer. I will usually press 'Start Windows Normally' but have tried the other options. But no matter what option I choose my computer will always start to startup and then it will become a blue screen that says something along the lines of,"Deletion of all physical memory, please contact administrator," Ect. and then it will shut down after a second or two of showing the screen and do the exact same thing. HELP!
