Nokia 5800 as a USB modem with Mac 10.4 Tiger

Hello,

Could somebody please help me to understand how to make this happen? All the instructions that I have seen online are about other models or say things like "choose PC suite as a form of connection". Could someone please help? I am getting desperate. Thanks a lot in advance.
