Hello,
Ok so column B is populated with numerous velocities (these are computed from a formula that takes a previous input) and in column C I have a bunch of AND formulas. When the velocity falls in the correct range (ex: velocity=55.345 and the formula is AND(B4>50,B4<100) It says true, and when it does not fall in the correct data range it says false. Sometimes I get a list of all false but there is always one that is really close to being true. Is there anyway to have it say true for the closest one?

"close" is a relative term. You need to have a range where "close" is close enough to be true. Other wise as they say "a miss is as good as a mile" or (kilo meters in case you are into metrics system)

Ok sounds good so how would I execute this?

execute what? You need to frame the question and criteria then one can propose a solution
