as there is no DHCP server (something giving them both addresses)
youre going to need to set them both to static.
start > control panel > network connections > local area network
right click it and go to properties > TCP/IP properties
select manual and put them on 192.168.0.1 and the other 192.168.0.2 with subnet as 255.255.255.0
leave the rest blank.
