Need Help with Acer Aspire One

Hello,

I bought an Acer Aspire a few months ago and now whnever i turn it on it goes onto the screen where is says window is loading.... |I tried hitting F11but nuthin is happening at the moment... are there any suggestions? and i did not drop the laptop the night beforei just shut it down holding down t:S
plz helpth in advance!

So it freezes? Seems that you need to hit F8 from the start and see if Safe mode works first. When it boots hit F8 after the bios boot
