Go to left corner to click on "start"->"run"
Enter "cmd" or "command" and click "ok"
A black window will pop up.
Enter the following command to format your flash drive:
format /q /fs:fat32 letter:
* letter is your flash drive location
If you have flash drive more than 32GB, you have to use NTFS.
format /q /fs:ntfs letter:
