Dll file could not be loaded while booting up

Hello,

As per your instructions, I tried booting PC from a CD. While booting up, Installation started and 1st screen showed "Loading Hardware Settings" for 2 mins and then it stopped showing an error message :
"File \i386\laacpi.dll could not be loaded. The error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit."

Kindly help me in solving this issue.
