Hi, I got recipes from Corsican Bistro. Now is my question: How you know what ingredients you need? Please help me.

While cooking, you have to tap on boiling pots to select and raise them, then shake your iPhone to cool down the pot you're holding.

ohh all you do is bring up your items on the little screen and click on the recipe and then it says what you need. 
to bring up the items, click on the little icon on the bottom right hand corner and scroll through it until you find the recipes :)

You need to look in your inventory and scroll down to your recipe and you will see the ingredients.
