Missing older emails in Outlook 2007

Hello,





I have tried for so long to fix this problem, but all I'm getting is dead ends and people telling me that there's no way to recover these lost emails. But I just can't give up yet :/
Here is my problem:
I started using Outlook 2007 just recently, and when I updated my Vista Ultimate, and deleted the Windows. old files....I noticed, that I only had emails from today, Tuesday, yesterday, Monday, and the day before, Sunday. All past emails from Saturday down, are gone. The email account, juno, has no emails in the inbox online. I do not know how to recover them. There has to be a way. How can I find them?
