CD/DVD-ROM PROBLEM PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hello,

ok guys i will tell you what happened and i hope you can tell me what to do
Before a few months i went to change motherboard after i change my motherboard i went home and i discover that my cd dvdrom rom cant read disc's or burn .. it always showing me Blank disc.. i tryed 100 cds dvds always are blank for my cd/dvd rom really i have no idea whats the problem please some one help me here i want to format and i cant ...
my cd/dvd rom is TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S203D ATA
